What we do and why we do it.

The company

Ordrum specialises in communication, ranging from rhetoric and presentation techniques to conversation skills, via facilitation skills and creating effective meetings.

The only way to become a really skilled communicator is to practise, get feedback, apply what you have learned and practise again. This means that training a skill takes some time to achieve good and lasting results. This requires training methods and feedback techniques. And that’s where we come in.

We work with large and small groups: from short talks in stand-up style, to seminars and courses with a focus on practical exercises. We also provide personal training. A typical training model might look like this: an introductory breakfast or lunch seminar followed by a half-day seminar rounded off with a practical two-day course for those who want more practice and personal feedback.

We have also created some training materials. These include books, exercises, card games, apps and videos. The majority of our training programmes are run internally for companies but we also provide openaccess courses.

We also offer our services in leading meetings and conferences, as moderators. Finally we train trainers and moderators.
