Why is it that it’s so easy for us to misunderstand each other? Is it to do with our behaviour? Or is it the words we use? And how are we really interpreting what other people are doing and saying? Are people who look angry really always angry? And what about the ones who look tired? Does the fact that a behaviour feels natural mean I’m coming across as natural to other people? And then what happens when we come from different communication cultures? Isn’t simply being yourself enough?
