Talkback
Talkback means repeating exactly what the sender has said to confirm that the message has been received. This is an excellent way to end a meeting: go around the room and let everyone say what they will do before the next meeting.
This technique is used, for example, by pilots in their communication with air traffic control. It is also used in the military, in hospitals and often in restaurants, where the waiter repeats your order to ensure that it is correct.
