Where do we ship?

Shipping is made only within Sweden. An exception could be made if you’re buying for more than SEK 3000. Contact us at post@ordrum.se for inquiries.

SHIPPING COST

Within Sweden, shipping is free for purchases over SEK 1200, otherwise the shipping cost is SEK 79 (incl. VAT).

DELIVERY TIME

The goods are normally sent the same day we receive the order.

MODE OF DELIVERY

Physical goods are sent within Sweden as letters or parcels with PostNord.

VIRTUAL GOODS

Digital goods are delivered as a WATERMARKED pdf file (where the buyer’s name and e-mail address appear. The file can be downloaded 10 times up to 30 days after the purchase. If you chose payment via credit card, debit card or Paypal, the file is delivered immediately. If you chose payment via invoice, the file can be downloaded after a credit check.
