We provide training in communication

Would you like to improve your presentation skills? Are you looking for a way to develop your leaders’ communication skills? Would you like to make your meetings more effective? Or are you looking for smart ways to use AI in communication? If so, we can tailor a programme specifically for you. If you wish, we can base it on one of our lectures or courses. Alternatively, we can build a training programme based on what you’d like to practise in the CommunicationsLab.

If it suits you better, we can offer several of our training programmes in digital format: both webinars and self-study modules. We’ve also developed a 28-day training programme in presentation skills (which includes self-study, group sessions and coaching).

We help you develop your organisation

We understand the driving forces of the business world, the logic of research, the remit of the public sector and the commitment of civil society. We can lead processes focusing on strategy, vision or planning. We can also facilitate collaboration between different professional groups and organisations. In our work, we can act as advisers to the management team, the board, or to you as CEO or Director-General. If you wish, we can design and lead the entire process. We help you develop your organisation.

Over the years, we have been involved in a wide range of training and leadership programmes. We are currently guest lecturers and tutors on ongoing programmes at the Swedish Bar Association, Chalmers University of Technology, SKF, Toyota Material Handling, the Karolinska Institute, Region Västra Götaland, Volvo Cars, Ny Teknik Education, Uppsala University and the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as on specialist doctor training programmes within Region Stockholm. We have previously been involved in in-house programmes at, for example, SLU, Kalmar County Council, IKEA, SSAB, Uppsala County Council and a number of local authorities.

We’ve been around for a while

For thirty years, we have been refining our methodology for teaching people how to communicate in a way that others understand – and are willing to take on board. Three insights have guided us. The first is that communication is about getting a message across, not just getting it out. The second is that you become a skilled communicator only through practice, not by relying on your natural talent. The third is that gut feeling is a poor guide – we must ask for feedback to understand how we are perceived. When we learn to communicate effectively, we can understand others and be understood ourselves.
