Ergin Özdemir is a social entrepreneur, speaker and trainer who focuses on how people and organisations develop at the intersection of communication, technology and learning.

In recent years, Ergin has delved particularly deeply into artificial intelligence and its practical application within organisations. He works on how AI can enhance knowledge-based work, streamline meetings and presentations, and make communication more inclusive and accessible.

Ergin has completed several training programmes in AI and digitalisation and is involved in Sweden’s national efforts regarding AI development through his participation in the work on the AI agenda for Sweden. There, he contributes to the discussion on how AI can be used in a responsible and inclusive way in society.

Through his work, he aims to make new technology understandable and usable – and to demonstrate how AI can become a tool that empowers both people and organisations.
