Bahare Haghshenas (consultant)

Bahare Haghshenas is a strategy consultant, leader and facilitator specialising in change management, strategy and mobilising people. She works with executives and management teams at critical junctures, such as strategic decision-making, team off-sites, major transformations and post-merger integrations. Bahare combines a structured, business-oriented approach with the ability to facilitate powerful discussions that translate strategy into action.

Bahare has over 20 years’ experience in business development at venture capital firms, as a strategy and management consulting partner at Deloitte, and as global head of sustainability at EQT. Alongside this, she has been involved in voluntary work with the Red Cross for over 15 years. She works in Swedish and English, both nationally and internationally, and is based in Denmark.
