The morning included personalised speaker training with a keynote speaker in Shanghai. The same challenge as always: understanding the audience and clarifying the main message. However, this is easier said than done and you may need an outside perspective. The satisfied participant wrote afterwards: “It was fantastic! The coach really helped me a lot. Many thanks.
