TERMS OF PURCHASE
The purchase conditions below apply if no other agreements have been concluded between you as the buyer and Ordrum AB.
PAYMENT
There are two ways of paying:
1 Credit/Debit card or Paypal
2 Invoice.
Invoice is available only for companies and government agencies within Sweden. An exception could be made if you’re shopping for more than SEK 5000. Please contact us via post@ordrum.se for inquiries. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 and late payment interest of 2% per month + applicable reference interest is payable.
VIRTUAL GOODS
Digital goods are delivered as a WATERMARKED pdf file (where the buyer’s name and e-mail address appear. The file can be downloaded 10 times up to 30 days after the purchase. If you chose payment via credit card, debit card or Paypal, the file is delivered immediately. If you chose payment via invoice, the file can be downloaded after a credit check.
PRICES
All prices include VAT and are stated in Swedish kronor. For books the VAT is 6% for other products the VAT is 25%.
COOKIES
The website uses cookies. A cookie is a text file that is stored on your computer. The type of cookies used here is a so-called session cookie. Session cookies are not permanently stored on your computer, but disappear when you close the browser. In order to shop, your browser must accept cookies.
GDPR
We comply with the GDPR. When you shop in our online store, your details (name, email address, telephone number, possibly company name, address and which goods you bought) are saved so that you can receive an order confirmation and invoice. However, you have the right to have your data deleted after we have fulfilled our reporting obligation in the Accounting Act. You can also choose whether you want to receive offers from us in the future or not.
Shipping
Where do we ship?
Shipping is made only within Sweden. An exception could be made if you’re buying for more than SEK 3000. Contact us at post@ordrum.se for inquiries.
SHIPPING COST
Within Sweden, shipping is free for purchases over SEK 1200, otherwise the shipping cost is SEK 79 (incl. VAT).
DELIVERY TIME
The goods are normally sent the same day we receive the order.
MODE OF DELIVERY
Physical goods are sent within Sweden as letters or parcels with PostNord.

Return policy
COMPLAINT
If the product is faulty, you must make a complaint to us via e-mail as soon as possible. If the letter/package is damaged during delivery, you must immediately make a complaint to your delivery point.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of cancellation/exchange on ordered goods. The condition is that the item is undamaged and unused. Any seal must not be broken.As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping. Refunds are made to the specified account after we have received the returned item.
